Because many of our products are handcrafted, we hold ourselves to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and will do our best to make the process smooth and fair.

Our Commitment to Quality

Each Karsai Crafts item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. We value the trust you place in us and want every order to arrive as expected.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 15 days from the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in original condition
Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
Not altered or customized after purchase

Items returned outside the allowed period or not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or limited-edition reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

Personalized or custom-made items
Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Items showing signs of use or wear

If an item is non-returnable, this will be stated clearly at checkout or on the product page.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Karsai Crafts cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages lost in transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund after this period, we recommend contacting your payment provider first before reaching out to us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, style, or color (where available), please contact us first. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Where an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Handcrafted Variation Notice

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in bead placement, leather grain, texture, or finish may naturally occur. These are not defects, but part of the individuality and authenticity of handmade craftsmanship.

We believe these unique details are what make every Karsai Crafts piece special.

Product Care & Repairs

At this time, Karsai Crafts does not offer repair services.

We encourage careful handling, appropriate storage, and gentle use of all items to preserve their beauty and longevity. Product care guidance may be provided on relevant product pages.
