Once your order is placed, it enters our processing stage where items are prepared, quality-checked, and carefully packaged for dispatch.

Please allow 3–7 business days for standard processing, depending on product availability and order volume.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

For handcrafted or made-to-order items, processing times may be longer and will be communicated on the product page or after purchase.

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over $550 USD.

Eligible orders will have free shipping automatically applied at checkout where available.

Please note that free shipping applies to shipping charges only and does not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by destination countries.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch, standard delivery timelines are typically:

Kenya: 1–5 business days
East Africa: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local courier performance, weather conditions, holidays, or remote delivery areas.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we always strive to deliver as efficiently as possible.

International Shipping

Karsai Crafts proudly ships to customers worldwide.

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. This can occasionally result in additional transit time beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods are permitted in their country.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

This allows you to monitor your package from dispatch through delivery.

Multiple Item Orders
